The Whole Practice Nutritional Analysis is a nutritional assessment that analyzes your specific nutritional needs based on symptoms and lifestyle factors. The assessment allows me to monitor a food log to gather data and develop a personalized nutrition plan for your needs and your body. This assessment comes with a 1 hour one-on-one session in which nutritional, lifestyle and supplement recommendations will be made.
