Hi Friends! I'm Lyndi Klein
I am an Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and my goal is to help you improve your health using food as medicine. I believe God made our bodies to heal and that He has given us the gifts we need to do so! I use a functional and nutritional approach to help my clients achieve health and wellness. This means that we work on seeking the root cause of your symptoms so you can regain control of your health through the healing power of food, rest, hydration and movement!
Join me for various classes on preparing and eating nutrient dense foods or work with me one-on-one. All private clients fill out a Nutritional Assessment designed to give insight into which area/s of the body are struggling the most. Food and Mood Journals are also analyzed to determine areas of deficiency. These tools help to develop a nutritional and lifestyle plan designed to help you meet your personal goals. I would love to meet you and work with you to help you on your wellness journey!

Nutritional Consultations
Nutritional Therapy offers a different approach to health and wellness. One-on-one sessions are designed to assess nutritional needs for a healthier life. These sessions are built around analysis of a Nutritional Assessment and client food and mood journal to look for specific areas of need. I specialize in balancing hormones and using food as medicine to address common symptoms associated with autoimmune conditions, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, and more.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
HTMA is used along with Nutritional Assessment and food and mood journaling to gain deeper insight into why a client is experiencing unwanted symptoms such as fatigue, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, loss or thinning of hair, anxiety, depression and so much more. From information gained through testing, a nutritional plan and supplement recommendations are made.
